Gotcha Day

           Hello everyone,

We have little Ava! She is gorgeous. Ava didn't cry at all at the hand over ceremony. WE weren't at the adoption affairs bureau more than 20 min. . The staff from the orphanage said Ava stayed in foster care until today. Within 20 minutes we had Ava laughing. She is sitting up well and reaching for toys and made an attempt at crawling. I think she can but she is still kind of reserved and checking things out. I was making faces at her and she was making them back. I think she is going to have all kinds of fun with her brothers.

 You  should have seen us attempting to mix the Chinese formula they gave us (you see i don't read Chinese so well). so i mixed what i thought might be right and Ava promptly spit it out. She does however like the apple freeze dried baby snacks. Our guide took some of our group to the store so when she gets back i'll attempt to get a translation.ha

   Tonight we meet at 1930 hrs to start on finalization of our adoption paperwork. There will be three government offices we will go to tomorrow.
